Usage Guide

Follow these steps to begin training with ClientCoach AI:

Log In

Authenticate using Supabase with your credentials to access the platform.

Select a Scenario

Choose a realistic customer scenario that reflects common sales or support challenges. Scenarios include a defined customer persona, goal, and initial message.

Start the Conversation

Begin chatting (or speaking) with the AI-powered customer. The conversation will progress through multiple phases (e.g., Welcome → Discovery → Objection Handling → Closing).

Receive Real-Time Feedback

As you talk, you'll receive subtle nudges if you're off track or miss key opportunities.

Get Your Score

After each session, you'll receive:

  • A total performance score (0–100)

  • A breakdown of what you did well

  • Suggestions on how to improve next time

  • Links to relevant learning resources

Repeat and Improve

Use the insights to improve your next session. You can revisit scenarios to reinforce learning or explore new ones as you progress.
